Excavator track roller body materials are generally 50Mn, 40Mn2, and other materials. The main process is forging, machining, and then heat treatment. The hardness of the roller surface after quenching should reach HRC45 ~ 52 to increase the wear resistance of the excavator bottom roller surface. The machining accuracy of the lower roller axle is required to be high, generally it needs to be processed by numerical control machine to meet the requirements. There are more 40Mn2 in the material, and quenching heat treatment should be carried out after processing. The hardness is about HRC42
