How to maintain mini excavator rubber track system

(1) Proper tension is required. If the tension is too small, the track is easy to fall off; if the tension is too large, the track life will be reduced. During inspection and adjustment, the traveling system shall be lifted unilaterally, and its height shall be 10-20mm. When the tension is small, it can be readjusted through the tension cylinder.

(2) Sharp objects shall be avoided in the process of machine walking to avoid scratching the excavator rubber track; too fast turning on the concrete pavement with high friction coefficient shall be avoided to avoid rubber tearing. Under normal circumstances, it is also necessary to avoid turning too fast and too fast, and try not to use single track steering when turning.

(3) Do not stick corrosive substances such as oil on mini excavator rubber track. Once found, wipe them off immediately.

(4) For long-term storage, it shall be placed indoors to avoid sun and rain. Before storage, rubber track shall be cleaned to extend its service life.

(5) Once the driving wheel is worn, it shall be replaced in time.
