Use and maintenance of long reach boom and arm excavator

The long-term operation of the long reach boom and arm in the harsh environment, maintenance of the extension arm can reduce the failure of the boom and arm, extend the service life of the extension arm, better improve the working efficiency, and make the extension boom and arm reach the best state.

1. Add butter at least twice a day for the long reach boom and arms. When working in muddy water, if the connecting pin of the working device is immersed in water, it shall be cleaned and then added with butter after each completion. Before each operation, check whether the connection part of the working device is full of butter. After each filling, operate the boom, stick and bucket several times, and then add butter until the old butter is squeezed out.

2. When working in coastal areas or corrosive areas, thoroughly clean the whole machine after operation to remove salt. If necessary, add butter or engine oil to the required places to avoid corrosion. In the cold winter operation, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder must be returned to the hydraulic cylinder barrel to avoid soil and water sticking to the piston rod and damaging the sealing ring of the hydraulic cylinder.
