Long  Reach  Boom &Arm and Hydraulic Cylinder and Excavator Bucket Regular maintenance

1. Check excavator boom and arm pin bolts to avoid loosening, falling off and missing every day, and tighten them in time.

2. Check the excavator boom and arm structure for cracks and deformations every day. Pay attention to the surrounding environment when parking excavators, and park on solid, smooth and hard ground.

3. When the excavator is parked, the bucket cylinder should be completely recovered and the excavator bucket falls to the ground to prevent the excavator hydraulic cylinder from being damaged.

4. Pay attention to prevent the excavator hydraulic cylinder piston rod from scratching and oil leakage.

5. Excavator bucket teeth/tip and adaptor, bucket H link and pin& bush need to be loosened, pin bushing of arm and swing support loosened.
